About Myself
I hold a PhD in Management, an MBA, and bring with me over 18 years of experience in academia. But beyond the degrees and years, what defines me is a deep passion for leadership. For me, leadership isn’t just a subject but it’s a lifelong journey of reflection, growth, and transformation.
I believe that true behavioural change doesn’t come from insight alone; it comes from reshaping habits. Under pressure, we don’t rise to our aspirations, we fall back on our habits. That’s why my work goes beyond quick fixes or motivational highs. I create spaces where professionals can pause, reflect deeply, and consciously rebuild the patterns they default to under stress.
Passion drives everything I do as it shapes the way I teach, the way I connect, and the way I grow. With each cohort I meet, I learn as much as I teach. Every interaction reminds me that learning is a continuous journey, and I too evolve alongside the people I work with.
